Ribbon of Hope Cancer Support Ministry to Present at Farmers Market

Elkhart General is offering a free public seminar titled “Ribbon of Hope Cancer Support Ministry” from 11am to 1pm on Friday, October 23. The seminar will be held at the Healthy Lifestyle Corner on the 2nd Floor of the American Countryside Farmers Market in Elkhart.

Loretta Salchert, Executive Director for Ribbon of Hope, Inc., a cancer support ministry at Elkhart General Hospital, will share the typical needs of cancer patients, discuss the emotional impact of the diagnosis and define how Ribbon of Hope addresses the spiritual and emotional needs of each patient. She will also share testimonies of how Ribbon of Hope has impacted cancer patients.
