Oncology Dietitian to Present at Farmers Market

Elkhart General is offering a free public seminar titled “Nutrition & Cancer Prevention: The Latest American Institute for Cancer Research Findings” on Friday, September 11 at 12pm in the Healthy Lifestyle Corner, on the 2nd Floor of the American Countryside Farmers Market, Elkhart.

Heather Borsa, RD, CSO, CD, Elkhart General Oncology Dietitian, will review the American Institute for Cancer Research Guidelines for cancer prevention and healthy eating for cancer survivorship.
