New Executive Joins Elkhart General Hospital

Elkhart, IN - Gregory S. Losasso has joined Elkhart General Healthcare System as Vice President, Operations.

According to Elkhart General President Gregory W. Lintjer, Losasso will oversee the daily operations of major Departments and Services, including Information Systems, Radiology, and Engineering. He will also fulfill key administrative functions, such as Corporate Compliance Officer.

Losasso comes to Elkhart General from Methodist Hospitals, Merrillville, Indiana, where he was serving as Vice President Diagnostic and Therapeutic Services. Prior to joining Methodist Hospitals, he held senior management positions with Mercy Hospital and Genesis Medical Center, Davenport, Iowa.

A member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Losasso earned a MBA from St. Ambrose University, Davenport, Iowa and a BA in Public Administration from Drake University, Des Moines, Iowa.

He and his wife Anne have six children.
