Family Practice Physician Relocates to Wakarusa Medical Clinic

WAKARUSA, IN – Eric Miller, M.D. will relocate his physician practice to Wakarusa Medical Clinic on September 6, 2007.

His current patients are welcome to continue in his care, patient records can be transferred with a written request. Jack Bartoszek, DO, Rochelle LePor, DO and Laura Munkel, MD will remain at the Family Medicine Center and will accept patient transfers.
