• Regional Center for Bone Health
  Osteoporosis is the deterioration of bone mass, something that happens slowly over time. In fact, the first sign of osteoporosis may be as traumatic as a fractured hip or vertebrae. That’s why effective screening is so vital. When risks are identified early, measures can be taken to maintain strong, healthy bones.
• Breast Health Clinic
  Women frequently have many kinds of breast changes throughout their lives. Breast lumps, pain, and discharge are not uncommon. These changes can be related to menstrual periods, pregnancy, and aging. Most changes are normal and non-cancerous. But how can you be sure what is causing your problem or condition?
  
• Urinary Continence Clinic
  Located in the Women’s Health Center of the new West Wing, the Urinary Continence Clinic focuses on bladder and urinary incontinence issues, and delivers the professional help you need.
• Massage Therapy
  Massages are offered at the Integrative Medicine Center in the beautiful, relaxing West Wing. Offered in a private, comfortable location, massages can be arranged during the day and evening, and weekends too!
• Women's Resource Center
  The Women’s Resource Center is located in Elkhart General’s beautiful West Wing. It serves as a comprehensive women’s health information center for the community, complete with free access to a library including hundreds of books, videos and brochures.
• Pregnancy & Kegel Exercises
  Kegel is a simple exercise of the pelvic floor muscle (PFM) for the purpose of increasing muscle strength.
