P.A.C.E. (People with Arthritis Can Exercise)

• A group exercise program designed specifically for people with arthritis
• Program includes tips from Elkhart General occupational therapists on energy conservation, work simplification, joint protection, and pain management

Preparation for Total Joint Replacement

• This two-hour class is designed to motivate patients to take a very active role in their recovery
• Participants learn what to expect during hospitalization, tips on preparing their home environment, and advice on how to incorporate necessary precautions into their normal activities

Senior Swing

• Low-impact aerobic exercise class that focuses on strength, flexibility, and coordination
• Tailored to the mature individual and their specific needs
• Taught by certified instructors
• Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., Outpatient Rehabilitation Services gym
• Physician Referral/Approval is required
• Fee: $2 per class
