Emotions Anonymous is a 12-step program for those that have any type of emotional problems that want to experience a change. The meetings are attended by men and women who are unhappy with their lives and are seeking relief. Everyone is welcome at EA meetings and we do not differentiate between types of problems, nor do we judge. EA members do not give each other advice or counseling. EA members come together to share experiences, feeling and to admit we are powerless over our emotions. No one is forced to speak and may "pass" at the meeting. EA is not guaranteed to make you well, or have permanent recovery. It is designed to help you attain emotional stability in the moment at where you are at in your life.
The group meets at Elkhart General Hospital. Monday meetings are held in Auditorium A, at 6:15pm. Thursday meetings are held in Classroom 5, at 6:00pm. Please call (574) 523-3347 for more information.
