Diabetes Support Group

The Diabetes Support Group gives patients and families dealing with diabetes continuing peer support. Meetings feature topics related to diabetes and are presented by experts in the health care field. The Support Group meets the first Thursday of every month in the Elkhart General Hospital Auditorium B and the second Friday of every month in the Healthy Lifestyle Corner at the American Countryside Farmers Market.
