The Breast Care Center has three programs available to help economically disadvantaged women receive their annual screening mammograms.
Elkhart General is a participating member in the Breast and Cervical Cancer Prevention Program (BCCP). This is a state program for low income women with no insurance or very high deductible insurance. To qualify for this program you must be 50-64 years of age and be within certain income guidelines. The Secret Sister's Society assists women between the ages 40-49 with low income to receive free mammograms. To qualify for this program, you must be seen by a BCCP provider. Please call (574) 296-6571 for more information.
