Elkhart General’s Ambulatory Infusion Center provides a comfortable, convenient, and safe environment to receive your treatment.

The Ambulatory Infusion Center provides

  • Convenient access on the lower level of the main hospital
  • X-ray and laboratory services nearby
  • Flexible appointments
    • 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Monday - Friday
    • 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., Weekends & Holidays
  • 8 patient stations with individual reclining chairs and television sets

Some of the Treatments Available

  • Administration of antibiotics and other medications, i.e. Remicade, IgG
  • Infuse Chemotherapy
  • Blood Transfusions
  • Inserting and removing of different types of IV devices
  • Central Line Care

Due to patient safety concerns, Ambulatory Infusion patients must be able to perform everyday activities. Only one visitor may stay with patient during treatment (no children, please).
