Super Saturday Childbirth Prep Class

Description

If you can't attend an evening class, Super Saturdays are for you! This one-day class is available for expectant parents who are unable to attend a series of evening classes.

A wealth of information is given at a fast pace. Information covered includes the labor process, signs and symptoms of labor, comfort measures for the mother, breathing and relaxation techniques, and the important role of the coach. Also discussed are postpartum care for the mother and newborn baby.

A tour of the Special Beginnings Maternity Center is included.
