Power Abs with Misty

Description

Power abs is a short, yet powerful class. You will have 30 minutes of non-stop crunching, burning and sculpting the stomach. All levels welcome, but be ready to work hard!

Fee

One 30 minute class $5; 20 class session $80; 10 class session $45; $40 unlimited/month
