Medical Insurance

All employees may enroll in a comprehensive medical insurance plan. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and life insurance plans in a variety of packages.

Tuition Reimbursement

Full-time employees may be reimbursed up to $1,000 per year for continuing education. Part-time employees may be reimbursed up to $750 annually.

Health Center Discount

Elkhart employees receive a discounted membership to the YMCA health center, which offers health and fitness programs, childcare services and a variety of sports facilities.

Pension Plan

Both full- and part-time employees receive a generous pension plan funded by the hospital with 100% vested after 5 years.

Life Insurance

Full-time employees are eligible for $20,000 in life insurance paid by the hospital, while part-time employees are eligible for $10,000. Both full-and part-time employees may also augment their plan with optional policies paid by the employee.
