Members of our staff, whether it’s Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy, work in an environment second to none. From collaboration of patient care to advancing knowledge of the team, you’ll feel why our therapists choose to stay at EGH.

While teamwork is highly valued, so is your individual growth! So valued you’ll receive $1500 per year for continuing education and training. What’s more, we give you five paid days to attend.

Physical Therapy

When you join the rehab team at EGH, you’ll find an exceptional opportunity to put your skills to work as you care for a base of patients with a challenging range of diagnoses.

Collaborate with a dedicated and knowledgeable staff as you apply the latest technology together with a shared approach to deliver positive, productive patient care.

Besides the stimulating work environment, our physical therapists stay here year after year because we offer the benefits that matter most. Occupational Therapy

As part of our Occupational Therapist team you’ll work in a progressive environment that not only provides experienced OTs the opportunity to continue to grow your skills but also gives new graduates a place to start their career.

We also offer supportive management, weekend compensation, and a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings, and $1,500 per-therapist along with five paid days off for continuing education.

Speech Therapy

Ask our speech-language professionals and they’ll tell you about the complex procedures, remarkable outcomes, and continued unit and hospital growth that they experience everyday. Our therapists enjoy flexibility, support from co-workers, and dedicated dollars towards their continuing education - $1,500 per therapist per year.
